Charging can be done even during ascent and descent of passengers. TOSA involves the use of high capacity buses (enough for 130 passengers) equipped with small batteries, even lower than those used in current electric cars placed on the roof of the bus. The first city to adopt the new TOSA program with electric buses will be Geneva. The bus route will be Geneva Airport – Palexpo International Exhibition Center, a distance of about 2 kilometers.
