TTS together with Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company – UDP cooperate for a new logistics line dedicated to grain exports from Ukraine.
The TTS Group is the market leader in integrated logistics services and inland water transport of solid bulk cargo in the Danube basin.
The Group operates the largest inland waterway fleet in the Danube basin. TTS has waterway vessels with a capacity of over 800 thousand tonnes. It has port operating capabilities. Its own terminals and 8 floating cranes, in the Port of Constanta and in 7 Danube inland ports.
TTS (Transport Trade Services) S.A. is listed on the regulated market operated by the Bucharest Stock Exchange in the Premium category.
Established in 1944, the Ukrainian company UDP is one of the largest Ukrainian water transport companies. Also, it is the second largest inland cargo carrier on the Danube.
There is an agreement with Ukrainian partners through TTS provides port operation services for goods transported by UDP with its own fleet.
This line will operate in parallel with the “just-in-time” logistics chain. This chain is also operated by TTS since the beginning of July. Through this, more than 180.000 tonnes of Ukrainian grain was transported and operated.
It is the intention of the parties that this programme: TTS together with Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company – UDP cooperate for a new logistics line will continue.
