Parliamentary committees have adopted an amendment whereby the driver licence holder category B1 and Β, which has a length of less than a year after passing the exam, has the obligation not to drive vehicles in category Β or BE with an engine power greater than 110 kW and not to drive A1 and A2 categories (if A1 was not previously possessed), B1, B and BE at night on roads covered with ice, snow, glazed frost.
Amendment stipulates the obligation for this category of drivers and vehicles mentioned above to not enter on highways at night or during the day when visibility is reduced below 100 meters and be “accompanied by an driver in possession of a driving license with at least five years old, when driving at night for vehicles of Β or BE category”.
