The entire yearly costs for the industrial spaces in Bucharest, including not only rents, but also tariffs for various services, are of 66, 51 Euros/square meter. On this value base, the Capital takes up the 38th position out of 52 amongst the most expensive costs in the industrial field.

According to the Cushman & Wakefield Romania expert in Bucharest, the most profitable locations are those in the logistic parks built by the well-known developers in the field, those nearby the A1 and A2 highways. Meanwhile, in the northern area, where the small and medium logistical centers are being developed, there are the highest rents.
