CFR Calatori transports less passengers and plans to increase tickets prices

Budgetary constraints in 2009, as well as the change in passenger railway transport demand at national and regional levels led to modifications in the train schedule, and the adoption of certain restructuring measures, CFR Calatori announced. Furthermore, lower sales were attributed to a drop in passengers' numbers, and the company expects a 9,5% decline in railway traffic at national level in 2009.
