– train and delegate a representative from the management team to implement the quality management system;
– identify organisation’s processes, optimize and document them;
– perform internal audits;
– analyse results showing the current state and find areas where improvements are needed.
After this final step, a trial run of the implemented quality management system is required. In the end, the company has to choose a certification entity.
