Urbano Group wants to build the largest commercial park in Transylvania. The company appointed Nhood Romania as the exclusive agent for the commercialization of the Urbano Shopping & Living project. It will be built on an area of 27 hectares.
Urbano Shopping & Living will be developed in two phases. The first will take place between 2024 and 2025. This includes a varied commercial mix consisting of:
- hub of drive-in restaurants,
- hypermarket cash & carry,
- supermarket and DIY
- commercial gallery,
The masterplan for the second phase will be developed between 2025 and 2026. This will include complementary functions, with the project aiming to become a community centre.
Nhood Romania was selected by the developer due to its expertise in areas such as:
- operation and marketing of projects with mixed functions,
- community animation and development of sustainable projects with a wide range of functions and services.
Nhood experts provided consultancy for the concept development area of this destination, centered around the community, subsequently also taking over the exclusive marketing of the project.
