Alfa Group, a company founded by businessman Alin Niculae, owner of OScar Downstream, completed today, June 19, the transaction through which it takes over most of the IRIDE Park project from CPI Romania, part of CPI Property Group (CPIPG), one of the largest investors in real estate in Romania, according to a press release.
Alfa Group has taken over the logistics related to IRIDE Park and two buildings in the vicinity, with potential for further development. The company had signed a preliminary agreement with CPI Romania in October 2024.

According to the terms of the transaction, the IRIDE eighteen buildings, myhive IRIDE | nineteen and myhive IRIDE |twenty will remain the property of CPI Romania, the press release also shows.
The entrepreneurial group ALFA GROUP, founded by Alin Niculae, brings together several reference companies for their industries, the best known being OSCAR Downstream (Oil & Gas), Akcent Development (Real Estate) and Onix Insurance (Guarantee Insurance).
