Sopsa signs with ELI Parks to lease 6,400 sqm of industrial and office space in Romania. SOPSA enters on the Romanian market.
Established in 1992 and with production facilities in the north of Portugal and now in Romania, Sopsa has a solid experience in the field of waste management solutions, with a wide collection of mixed and selective waste containers marketed under the Lasso brand.
Sopsa is a global leader in sustainable waste management solutions. The company is entering the local market following the signing of a lease agreement for 6,400 square meters of industrial and office space in ELI Park 4, a project in the ELI Parks portfolio, one of the leading developers in the logistics and industrial real estate market in Romania.
“Choosing ELI Parks to set up our production facility in Romania demonstrates that we share the same values of sustainability, innovation and environmental protection,” adds Pedro Martins da Costa, CEO of Sopsa Eco Innovation.
“We are delighted to announce our partnership with Sopsa, a leader in the underground waste container market,” says Andrei Jerca, CEO of ELI Parks.
The ELI Parks network of Class A logistics and industrial parks is being developed in partnership by the Element Group, founded by Ionuț Dumitrescu, and D Craig Real Estate, the real estate division of the investment fund D Craig Holding, controlled by Sacha Dragic, founder of Superbet.
