CTPark Bucharest North industrial park offers class A warehouses for any type of business. In Romania it owns warehouses with a total area of approximately 2.5 million sqm in cities such as Arad, Brasov, Bucharest, Craiova, Oradea, Sibiu and Timisoara.
In the north of the capital, FineStore rents a warehouse in CTPark Bucharest North of almost 10,000 sqm. Real estate consultancy iO Partners brokered the collaboration.
CTPark Bucharest North is located in the Ștefănești – Afumați area. It has access to the North Beltway of Bucharest, near the A3 motorway and the National Road 2 (DN2). The logistics park in Ilfov county has a total area of 21 hectares.
FineStore rents warehouse in CTPark Bucharest North
The warehouse is developed to meet all FineStore’s needs. It has a parking lot exclusively for customers who wish to personally pick up products ordered online from the warehouse.
“The nearly 10,000 sqm warehouse delivered for FineStore supports the company’s expansion plans by providing easy access to all major cities in the country.,” the property developer said in a statement.
In May this year, the company announced also that it had expanded its partnership in Romania with Maersk and IB Cargo to a total of 100,000 sqm at CTPark Bucharest West.
The two logistics companies operate the regional distribution centre for IKEA. The products are delivered to stores in South East Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean.
